The course is offered in two modalities:
- Basic Course: Free modality that offers basic didactic materials (texts and audios).
- Premium Course: Paid modality that, in addition to the basic didactic materials, offers case studies, presentations in PDF files, and a certificate of participation. The cost of this modality is USD 50.
The general objective of this course is to disseminate information and raise awareness about the importance of being prepared to successfully take advantage of the opportunities created by trade agreements and regional integration processes.
It is aimed at all interested in knowing about these issues.
You will receive a joint certificate of participation between the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT).
Evaluation:
About the evaluation tests:
- A self-evaluation is available at the end of each module, which will allow you to review your progress and to pinpoint areas where you should delve deeper and study the content more closely.
- The evaluation tests have been structured to include several possible responses for each question. The participant must choose one (the correct response). These evaluations are designed to assist you to progress and do not count towards the final course grade.
- The system will automatically grade each response, indicating if your response is correct or not. If it is not correct, you will be informed immediately.
- Each self-evaluation test permits up to two attempts.
About the final evaluation:
- Upon completing the contents of the last week of the course, you will be able to access the final evaluation. If you are enrolled in the basic course and achieve a minimum of 80 points, you can make the payment and download the certificate of participation and additional materials. If you are enrolled in the advanced course, you must achieve a minimum score of 80 points to access the certificate download.
